Here's one such experiment that could make the bleeding Swiggy profitable
Simple hai boss, "Swiggy One ko free kardo" 🎁 - Using Swiggy One as a Brahmāstra
Let me tell you how to execute this experiment.
⚒️The Strategy
Anyone who orders for more than 4500 rupees(300*15days) in the last month/last trailing month gets is Swiggy One freely activated. The day when he/she stops ordering and his orders in the last 30 days fall below 4500 then you lose Swiggy One and its benefits.
This drives a gamified FOMO to keep ordering to keep their Swiggy One alive on their account.
This is the best way and the most cost-effective way to solve this. It's a no-brainer, India is a value market and needs something for free - even if the free item is very less valuable. (You remember Cheetos? I hope you get what I am saying).
Another example is how Flipkart runs its Flipkart first membership where they give the membership free if you cross a certain order value in the last 1 year
As simple as that. 🚀
