I had been a long time procrastinating about workout and exercise ever since lockdown broke out
We often attach materialistic reasons to not being able to do something
I had time for YouTube, calls with friends, and watching movies
But did not have time for a workout till a couple of months back
Another big reason that I was justifying was
Not having time ⏰
Having a lot of work to do
To be frank, if you keep working on something you would always have something
That is pure commonsense
All that is required is for you to make time for some good habits
Habits that compound to accrue in value and benefit you in the long run
Another big deal-breaker for folks procrastinating about working out is that
You see results late 💪
You would feel much active and healthy in a months workout
But often folks start with wrong reasons of making 6 pack or other materialistic goals
That's all good until you keep yourself up for it
But we as humans - we work on doses of motivation
When your expectations of building a 6 pack abs would take 6 months
Then you would dropoff at the end of the first month
As you are nowhere close to your goal
It's always good to do certain things for your sake
